Our associate Davit Kakoishvili authored the article published in the seventh issue of the “Georgian Commercial Law Review” Journal. The article addresses one of the most important rights of the shareholder – the appraisal right and examines regulations, case law and scholarly works related to this right in the legal systems of Georgia and the State of Delaware, USA.
