Lika Kapanadze

Lika Kapanadze joined the firm as a paralegal in November 2019. Her responsibilities include corporate registrations and liquidations, conducting due diligence reviews as well as representing clients in administrative proceedings before various government bodies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kapanadze worked as a paralegal in another Georgian law firm, where she specialized in general commercial and corporate law. Her professional experience also includes working as a researcher at Arbitration Initiative Georgia (AIG), where she assisted the Project Team in developing a Guide on Arbitration for Judges of the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
Ms. Kapanadze graduated from LL.B programme of Free University of Tbilisi. During her student years, she successfully participated in different international moot court competitions, including Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Brown Mosten International Client Consulting Competition as well as Central and East European Moot Court Competition. Currently Ms. Kapanadze is studying on the Comparative Private and International Law programme at New Vision University, which she successfully represented at ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition. Along with her native Georgian, Ms. Kapanadze is fluent in English, Russian and German.
