BGI Advises IFC on Inaugural GEL Denominated Public Bond Issuance

BGI Legal has advised International Finance Corporation (IFC) on issuance of its inaugural public GEL 100,000,000 bonds due 2024 under its GEL 500,000,000 Georgia Domestic Medium-Term Bond Program. The bonds have been admitted to the system of the Georgian Central Securities Depository (GCSD) and A category listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE).
