Legislative Drafting
Our partners and attorneys have been extensively involved in legislative processes both on behalf of clients and individual projects as well as through service on exclusive panels which have worked on various draft pieces of legislation for the Parliament and the Government of Georgia. We have successfully lobbied, on behalf of our major clients, to have several legislative or executive amendments agreed which have been aimed at improving the business environment in Georgia. Our attorneys chair or co-chair a number of legislative committees with international business associations that focus on the improvement of the legislative framework in a number of sectors of economy.
