BGI Contributes to the ICC Publication

BGI Legal team led by Director Tamara Tevdoradze contributed to the ICC publication – Model Online B2C General Conditions of Sale by preparing Georgian law annex. The work was carried out within ICC Georgia’s Commercial Law Commission, chaired by Partner Sandro Bibilashvili.
