BGI Legal advises on Georgia Healthcare Group plc (GHG) London Stock Exchange listing

Georgia Healthcare Group plc (GHG), a company based in the UK and holding the largest healthcare and medical insurance business in Georgia, has been admitted to the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange this month, raising 100 million USD in capital (gross proceeds). BGI Legal have acted as a Georgian counsel to the global coordinators (Citigroup Global Capital Markets Limited and Jefferies International Limited) in this deal advising on all Georgian law aspects of the transaction.


The firm's mandate included, inter alia, review of the admission document (prospectus), documentary due diligence of the local group companies as well as advice on regulatory matters.
