BGI Senior Associate Davit Kakoishvili Leads a Panel Discussion on Mediation
BGI Senior Associate Davit Kakoishvili led a panel discussion on mediation at the conference for Continued Legal Education organized by the Georgian Law Institute.
The panel opened by Davit’s comprehensive presentation for members of the GBA and other legal practitioners on local and international statutory framework for mediation. The presentation covered the newly enacted Georgian Law on Mediation as well as the application of the Singapore Convention. Lively discussion ensued.
