Team Promotions at BGI Legal

We are delighted to announce that as of September 1, Sophie Natroshvili has assumed her new role as the Head of Corporate Practice in BGI Legal. Sophie joined BGI in 2008 as paralegal and has amassed valuable hands-on experience during the past 14 years as a core member of BGI team, handling some of the most complex cross-border corporate transactions during that period. She is a highly skilled attorney with a particularly strong expertise in corporate law, M&A, real estate and secured transactions as well as employment and commercial law.

BGI welcomes Sophie in her new role and looks forward to her continued contribution to strengthening BGI’s leading position in the market. Partner Sandro Bibilashvili congratulated Sophie on her promotion: “It has been a pleasure watching Sophie grow professionally throughout these years.
