Team Promotions at BGI Legal

We are delighted to announce that as of September 1, Sophie Natroshvili has assumed her new role as the Head of Corporate Practice in BGI Legal. Sophie joined BGI in 2008 as paralegal and has amassed valuable hands-on experience during the past 14 years as a core member of BGI team, handling some of the most complex cross-border corporate transactions during that period. She is a highly skilled attorney with a particularly strong expertise in corporate law, M&A, real estate and secured transactions as well as employment and commercial law.

BGI welcomes Sophie in her new role and looks forward to her continued contribution to strengthening BGI’s leading position in the market. Partner Sandro Bibilashvili congratulated Sophie on her promotion: “It has been a pleasure watching Sophie grow professionally throughout these years. We are thrilled to have her on our team.” Sophie added: “I am honored to assume the new role and continue guiding clients in Georgia’s increasingly regulated business environment.“

Zaza Bibilashvili is able to suggest winning strategies and is active across a range of contentious and non-contentious work, including real estate and intellectual property matters. Previous comments include: BGI Legal fields ‘a team of true professionals with good knowledge of law and a proper understanding of business needs`. It provides full-service support to leading multinational and Georgian clients, handling general legal matters alongside more complex financing, M&A, dispute resolution and capital markets mandates.
