BGI Associate Tamar Tkeshelashvili Publishes Article in International Law Journal
We are pleased to announce that our Junior Associate, Tamar Tkeshelashvili, has published her first academic article in Tbilisi State University's bilingual, international, double-blind peer-reviewed Journal of Law.
Her article, "Legal Aspects of Distinguishing Human Creative Contribution from Visual Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence," addresses one of the most significant legal challenges arising from the rapid development of artificial intelligence: distinguishing human creative contribution from AI-generated visual content in the context of copyright law. The paper examines the legal boundaries of authorship and explores where human intellectual contribution ends and the independent role of AI begins. The article is available here: https://jlaw.tsu.ge/index.php/JLaw/issue/view/1148/723
BGI founding partner Zaza Bibilashvili says: “This publication marks an important milestone in Tamar's academic journey, reflects her professional excellence and commitment to addressing emerging legal challenges. We are proud to have Tamar as a member of BGI team and congratulate her on this notable achievement. We wish her continued success and look forward to her future contributions to both legal scholarship and practice.”
