BGI Legal demonstrates breadth of talent in new IFLR1000 rankings
This year’s highly respected IFLR1000 rankings are now out and with more lawyer ratings than ever before, BGI Legal continues to showcase the depth and breadth of talent in the firm.
Once again, we are ranked as a Top Tier Firm in the two practice areas covered by the directory in Georgia –Financial & Corporate and Project Development and no less than eight individual rankings have been awarded to BGI lawyers.
Partners Zaza Bibilashvili, Lasha Gogiberidze, Sandro Bibilashvili, Unana Gogokhia and Tamara Tevdoradze each retain their top rankings, while Unana and Tamara also retain their ‘Women Leaders’ ranking and are two of only six so designated lawyers in the whole jurisdiction. ‘Women Leaders’ is an elite ranking category reserved for the most prominent women lawyers across the world working in the areas of law IFLR1000 researches.
Congratulations to Sophie Natroshvili who enters the ratings for the first time as a ‘Notable Practitioner.’ IFLR uses this category for lawyers who have "carved out a name for themselves" in their specific practice areas and is based on factors such as transactional evidence, client feedback, and peer recognition.
Our latest success in the IFLR1000 rankings follows hot on the heels of BGI’s clean sweep last month at Legal 500’s Central and Eastern Europe inaugural awards in Warsaw where we took both Georgia Law Firm of the Year and Georgia Lawyer of the Year awards.
