BGI Legal Win Two Legal 500 Awards

We are delighted to have scooped both national awards for Georgia at the inaugural Legal 500 Central and Eastern Europe Awards 2025, held in Warsaw on October 16th.

The firm was named Law firm of the Year in Georgia and was selected from other top firms in the jurisdiction making up the shortlist. 

Warmest congratulations are also due to Partner Sandro Bibilashvili who picked up the Georgia Lawyer of the Year award. He was selected from a field of five top-rated shortlisted lawyers, three of whom were BGI partners (Zaza Bibilashvili and Unana Gogokhia, in addition to the winning candidate).

The awards are based on the Legal 500’s thorough and independent research for the annual directory. Winners are selected by a team led by Legal 500 CEE editor Mike De Luca. This team is responsible for the CEE coverage of the Legal 500 EMEA guide each year with criteria including client feedback, case results, expert recommendations, and quality of service.
