BGI Participates in Bench Bar Conference

Partner Sandro Bibilashvili and Head of Litigation Practice Giorgi Sarajishvili participated in a scientific-consultative council meeting at the Supreme Court of Georgia. The Association of Law Firms of Georgia helped organize the council meeting. The meeting chaired by the acting chief justice of the Supreme Court gathered leading practitioners and the Supreme Court justices to discuss the important aspects of the Court’s recent case law and more generally, challenges before the Georgian judiciary.

“This type of bench bar meetings provide a unique opportunity for the legal professionals to discuss hot legal topics outside the formalities of the courtroom” said Giorgi Sarajishvili.
