BGI Legal is pleased to announce that its Partner, Sandro Bibilashvili, participated as a speaker at the EY Law Conference held on 29 October 2026 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Sandro joined a panel discussion entitled “Effective Management of Business Disputes in Georgia”, which brought together perspectives from the judiciary and private practice to examine the challenges of managing commercial disputes in Georgia’s evolving legal environment.  The discussion focused on the effectiveness of existing dispute resolution mechanisms, practical challenges faced by businesses and legal practitioners, and the role of the judiciary and legal profession in ensuring fair, consistent and efficient dispute resolution.  It also addressed the importance of a transparent and predictable legal framework in maintaining business and investor confidence.
