Nika Magedani is a Junior Associate at BGI Legal. His duties include legal research, drafting lawsuits, memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.

Prior to joining BGI Legal, Nika worked as a lawyer at the Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA). At GYLA Nika was responsible for advising and representing clients (including media outlets and other organizations) in private and regulatory disputes as well as for providing legal advice in connection with labor and employment disputes.

In the past years, Nika also completed internship at Transparency International Georgia, where he focused on data analysis and legal research.

Nika holds LL.B. in Law from Tbilisi State University and is currently pursuing LL.M. in Business Law at Free University of Tbilisi.

Nika is a member of the Georgian Bar Association with a general specialization and is admitted to practice law in Georgia.

In addition to his native Georgian, Nika is proficient in English.
