We are pleased to announce that our Junior Associate, Tamar Tkeshelashvili, has published her first academic article in Tbilisi State University's bilingual, international, double-blind peer-reviewed Journal of Law.

Her article, "Legal Aspects of Distinguishing Human Creative Contribution from Visual Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence," addresses one of the most significant legal challenges arising from the rapid development of artificial intelligence: distinguishing human creative contribution from AI-generated visual content in the context of copyright law. The paper examines the legal boundaries of authorship and explores where human intellectual contribution ends and the independent role of AI begins. We are delighted to announce that our associate, Ekaterina Pipia, has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation and has been awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Law (PhD). Her dissertation explores the acquisition of shares in limited liability companies and the rights attached to such shares from a comparative law perspective, making a valuable contribution to the field of corporate law.
